Bill Krupnick was my life long friend. Bill was my only true closest friend I ever had.Bill was a kind and very gentle man who would give you his last dollar.
Tragically Bill passed away here in our home while visiting my wife Chris and I on vacation. Bill was a very ill man, but wanted to come and visit even though he had to drive 300 miles.
It has been ten years since Bill passed and I still think of him often. He was my brother that I never had.
This was Bill's obit and I wanted to provide it so others who knew Bill could see it.

This is one of the last pictures of Bill and myself taken on his visit here in April 2005 before he passed here in August. Bill is on the left of me.
I just wanted to share this with you of my dearest friend.
I concur with Elise, and feel for you. I, too, have lost friends, and it's very painful...But your beautiful sentiments about your best friend were a really moving and loving tribute! He was fortunate to have you in his life!
Jeff, thank you for telling us how much Bill meant to you. We see the number of classmates no longer with us, but they are just numbers until memories are recalled and shared -- bringing them back to us one last time. I lost a son last year and I imagine the loss of a brother feels much the same. Take comfort in knowing that Bill is at peace in a better place.

Jeff, I am very sorry for your loss. While I don't remember Bill, your tribute to him really presenced what a special man he was.
